Products and orders
We sell printed T-shirts and tees personalised with your own design. Choose the correct product, colour and size before checkout. Product photographs illustrate the design; screen colours may differ slightly from the physical print. This does not exclude your rights if an item is materially different from its description.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. These terms do not allow us to make material changes to an accepted order without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. The final total, including applicable taxes and delivery, is shown before payment. Available methods are shown at checkout and include card payments through WooPayments and supported Apple Pay or Google Pay wallets. Wallet availability depends on your device and payment provider.
Delivery
See our Delivery information for countries, charges and estimated preparation and transit times. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate, subject to applicable law.
Custom artwork
Only upload material you own or have permission to reproduce. You give us permission to use your supplied artwork solely to fulfil your order. We may decline unlawful or infringing artwork and refund an order we cannot fulfil. Check spelling and image quality before submitting. Personalised products have different change-of-mind cancellation rules, described in our returns policy.
Cancellation, returns and faults
Our Returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms. Standard non-personalised catalogue products have a 14-day cancellation window after delivery. Individually personalised goods are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods retain statutory remedies, including personalised products.
Discounts
Offer-specific conditions are displayed with the offer. A first-order newsletter code is personal, valid for 30 days, for one use on full-price goods, and cannot be combined with another coupon. Returning-customer offers have their own conditions. Codes do not discount delivery unless explicitly stated.
Privacy and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts your statutory consumer rights. English law applies, without removing mandatory protections applicable in your country of residence or your right to bring a claim in a competent court.
